I was sitting on my couch looking for something decent to watch on TV and completely struck out, so I settled on an MTV show "Date my Mom" because it had Hot Mom's and hotter daughters. The concept of the show was that one guy took three moms on three separate dates and then based on his experiences with them picked which one of their daughters he was going to date. A pretty stupid show, but it was entertaining enough at 1 am for me to watch the whole episode.
A couple of nights later I was stuck in the same situation and came across the same dumb show and, because there was nothing else on, I stopped on MTV again. Only this time much to my disgust the kid that was dating the Moms was going to pick one of their SONS to take on a date! I watched for about 3 minutes before I caught on, then as the dude was describing how he needs to date a guy with a nice ass, I threw up in my mouth and changed the channel in Bluto Blutarsky, "I thought the bullets were fake...Holy Shit!" frenzy.
The next night on VH1 I ran into some countdown show about the 20 best Gay artists of all time (or something like that, I didn't watch long enough)
My point is: When did it become cool to be gay? Why is gay everywhere I look? Is this stuff really appropriate for the kids that watch MTV and VH1? And , can we get Tim Allen to build a giant closet so we can put all the homos back in there?
My stance on homosexuality has always been very indifferent. I really don't care if people are gay or not, the way I see it the more fags there are, the more women there are for me ...But, I definitely think that being gay is repulsive and I don't need to hear about it or see it on TV. I don't march in parades because I'm straight, I don't go on TV and show everyone how straight I am, and I don't talk to complete strangers about how straight I am. Why can't fags do the same? Why can't they just go about their bedroom business the way most people do.....Behind closed doors? Why do I have to see to dudes make out on the O.C., or listen to a dude talk about another dudes chiseled body on MTV, or watch dudes in bed together on "Real World"? It's gross! I'm tired of seeing it wherever I look.
Fags have even infested my newspaper! The most frequently run story this past year was the Gay marriage issue. Everyday, instead of a nice wholesome story about murder or corrupt politicians, I'm stuck reading about Fags that want to get hitched or A gay priest that touched a little boy. I'm tired of it!
That's my narrow-minded rant for today. I hope I didn't offend anyone, (actually I don't care) but I feel like I can't get away from Homosexuality lately, I actually am starting to get claustrophobic from it. All I ask is that I can go through my daily routine without being exposed to dudes kissing...I don't think that's asking too much.
I don't know when it became OK to be gay....I didn't get the memo....
