*beep, beep*(alarm rings)
*yawn*( What a crazy night), thought Maria, as she wakes up to find her step-brother sitting in a chair waiting by her bed.
"Where's breakfast", Brian says in a demanding tone, arm-crossed to show his impatience.
"I dont think you know who you're talking to", she says," not what did you say".
Brian sighs and says" Can you make me breakfast before i go to school".
Maria glares at him.
He sighs again and says," please".
Maria gets out of her bed and says,"That's better, now begone so I could get dressed".
Maria pushes Brian out of her room, and finally slips into her clothes as she made her way downstairs to the kitchen.
"You know you owe me one from last night right", said Brian, "I had to make another excuse for you to dad about that broken window."
"What broken window, and i guess you have to call us even since Im making you breakfast", she says tying to think back on last night.
"That's not fair, you broke into the house lastg night in the living room and dad thought it was that burglar again trying to get secret information from us."he complained.
"To be honest, I cant even recall what happen,"she says as she begins cooking for both of them.
"Dad left to say good luck on our first day of school today", he says, as he turn on the television to see upcoming news:
A reporter talking from an helicopter appeared as the screen went into full color," This is Wendy Stormgazer, live at the shores of Lake Michigan, where we watch this horrific scene of hazardous waste being spilled from the sewage. Unfortunately we were permitted not to go any further because there is a chemical that is highly flammable and could send the whole city in blazes....
Maria finally got done cooking for them and hands Brian a plate.
(Just the way I like it)thought Brian, as he viewed his doubled-layered chocolate and banana pancakes with cinnamon-sprinkled whipped cream on top. Hot, buttery eggs with grilled half-split sausages and hickory smoked bacon to surround the pancake delight. Brian wasted no time in eating his beloved delicancy, ignoring the fact that there was something terrific going on by the shores of Lake Michigan.
"You should go to school,just tell my teacher that i'm going to be late or something"says Maria, who has now changed her clothes into her "PBD" battle wear after she went into the isolated basement to retieve it and put her regular clothing in a bag.
"Better not get into a worser problems cause I refused to help out, unless you make me your sidekick."said Brian and then leaves to head for school.
Few minutes later...
Maria sits on a meditation pad on top of her roofthat allows her to tap into Pink Blossom Doom and awaken her instincts.
Sakura leaves from a blossom tree encircles her and becomes a part of her battle wear, as she slowly looks up into the sky and teleports to Lake Michigan.
Qusaknight, the most respected heroe ever to face an entire menion army and defeat their master and his arch-nemesis, GrandDevil in a desperate pursuit to keeping order between countries around the world, was already on the scene as his power to control and manipulate water made him a good asset to the city's new problem.
(All crap here she comes), thought Qusaknight a few seconds before she arrives.
Reporters circled her, puzzled by her mystique ways of arriving and vanishing in a flash.
We Stormgazer pushes in front, and stands besides Pink Doom preparing to go live again on foot, "This is Wendy Strormgazer again, as another heroe arrives to investigate the scene, any comments Pink Doom?".
Maria who likes to keep her mysterious heroe role says, nothing and goes straight to the spill.
" Who told you to show up, Ihave everything under control" says Qusaknight and with his power, he lifted the area of the spill with slow movements of his arms into a ship with a container larger than itself,.
"I came here to investigate what's your problem about that"says Pink Doom trying to defend herself.
"Well you could do whatever you want now, I have places to go and don't have time bothering with insolate little girls", he says as he finishes with the cleanup and turns into aquaqusaknight the other away from her and vaporizes into the busy street.
(Jerk off) she thought as she realized the she realized she had enough time to get home and make it before the school late bell and takes off as well.
Meanwhile, somewhere in the sewage pipe system...
sfx:tap,tap,tap(sounds of running on top of water and the sounds of panting echoes through an abandoned pipeline.)
(Foiled by that bastard Qusaknight and his little girlfriend) thought the strangers as she takes a breath around a corner.
'He ain't going to be as tough as he is when I get through with him" she says, as the stranger keeps continuing down the pipeline...
Meanwhile at at Maria school, Northwest Secondary High School.....
"You're late as always, that's a week of cleaning after school," says Mr. Farris, handing out two pink slips to her.
"What's the other one for?'she asked in an irritated way.
"That's for when you try to skip later on", he says and leaves to catch some high school jocks picking on some little nerd.
(I can tell that this is going to be the worst day ev.......) Maria thought but was immediately distracted by her neighbor and her long-time best friend, Quentin Blanc.
"Mr. Farris got you a pink slip didnt he" he said, as he revealed two pink slips also.
"We need to get to school earlier" she replies, also showing hers.
"Why are you wet Quentin, it's not even raining outside", she asked as she looks at the bottom of his pants.
"Urggh, nothing really, my little sister tried to shoot water balloons at me like a cowboy while I tried to jump from them, she kept on saying, "dance boy dance". " Quentin says.
