we encorage exicercize and good eating habits
every day you should have 9 servings of bread
4 servings of veggies 3 servings of fruit
3 servings of milk 2 servings of meat
some fats and olis
evry day you should write down how many servings of each food group you get an track yourself every day
also you should get 20 min of arobic excercize(somethin that accelerates your heart)3 times a week you know when you have achived your goal becase you shouldn't be able to sing but should be able to talk farily easy.
