The group I was with went into the back of the church. I got another guy I know who showed up with the left behind students. The useful thing about this guy is that although some of friends were here on this trip with me, he's a guy more like me I guess, unfortunately. I have odd relationships with some of my friends and can't really explain why we're even together half the time. Regardless, this guy, I can I suppose, call a friend.

Naturally, the whole well duh you should've gone up to go talk to her thing comes to mind but as the guy I am, I knew such a thing would be a waste of time, due to the nothing in common thing.
